Fillet & Radius Forming

DUR-O-BOND® Fillet & Radius Compounds provide ideal adhesion, crack resistance and flexibility. The fillet & radius compounds can be applied by hand, or pumped into tight corners. A fillet putty can fit within the internal angle of two surfaces of the fiberglass laminate, thus improving appearance as well as performance of the composite products.

DUR-O-BOND Fillet 9000
F9000 is a fiberglass reinforced polyester resin compound engineered for gel coat backup, radius forming, and fillet applications. This product remains flexible after its cure to prevent it from cracking with age. The putty cures strong with a low exotherm.

This putty can also be used for multiple other reasons. F9000 provides strong adhesion towards most surfaces. This putty can have adjusted dry times with the use of MEKP-9.

DUR-O-BOND Fillet F9010

F9010 is a fiberglass reinforced terephthalic resin compound engineered for gasoline and alcohol resistance, radius forming, and fillet applications. This product remains flexible after its cure to prevent it from cracking with age. The putty cures strong with a low exotherm.

This putty is designed to keep up with modern standards of holding tanks. It is designed to be a solution for all bonding areas for the tank. This putty can have adjusted dry times with the use of MEKP-900.

DUR-O-BOND Fillet 9011
F9011 is a fiberglass reinforced polyester resin compound engineered for gel coat backup, radius forming, and fillet applications. This product remains flexible after its cure to prevent it from cracking with age. This is an alternative to F9000, and the main difference is this has a lower viscosity. The putty cures strong with a low exotherm.

This putty can also be used for multiple other reasons. F9011 provides strong adhesion towards most surfaces. This putty can have adjusted dry times with the use of MEKP-9.

DUR-O-BOND Fillet F9012VE
F9012VE is a fiberglass reinforced fire retardant vinyl ester resin compound engineered for gel coat backup, radius forming, and fillet applications. This putty is specifically formulated as a fire retardant and corrosion resistant compound. The putty cures strong with a low exotherm.

This putty can have adjusted dry times with the use of MEKP-9.

DUR-O-BOND Fillet Compound F9018
DUR-O-BOND F9018 is heavy in weight as well as having a high viscosity. This fillet compound can be used for many bonding necessities. This compound is similar to the RC6000, but is polyester based. F9018 cures hard, and has a low exotherm.

F9018 is bright white in color. This product has a smooth creamy consistency and is ideal for filling cracks and imperfections. This product can be applied with a smooth finish. This product utilizes MEKP initiators. This product allows has a longer set time than most repair compounds, allowing some maneuvering of the product even after applied.

DUR-O-BOND F6016VE
F6016VE is a fiberglass reinforced epoxy vinyl ester resin based compound designed for superior bonding, bedding, and fillet applications. Since this compound has been specifically engineered to resist water and corrosion it is superb for use below the water line.

This putty can also be used for multiple other reasons. F6016VE provides strong adhesion towards most surfaces. This putty can have adjusted dry times with the use of MEKP-9.

DUR-O-BOND Multipurpose Bonding 8020
MB8020 has a heavy gallon weight, low viscosity, and is a thixotropic polyester compound. This product bonds with great adhesive strength as well as having a superb sag resistance. This is a ideal product for bonding to FRP parts. This putty can have adjusted dry times with the use of MEKP-9.

It can also be used as a:

  • Gel-coat back up
  • Fillet & Radius Compound
  • Crack filler

DUR-O-BOND Multipurpose Bonding 8721
MB8721 has a heavy gallon weight, high viscosity, and is a thixotropic fiberglass reinforced polyester compound. This product bonds with great adhesive strength as well as having a superb sag resistance. This is a ideal product for bonding to FRP parts and for a gel-coat back up.This product is highly resistant to corrosion.

Although it is best used for bonding to FRP parts, since it is a multipurpose bonding, it is also sufficient in other instances. This putty can have adjusted dry times with the use of MEKP-9.

It can also be used as a:

  • Gel-coat back up
  • Fillet & Radius Compound
  • Crack filler
